I will try to do my best to answer your question, I looked for the Aya that you prvided, [Gen 19:30] but unfotunaltly ii couldnt find it.. Anyhow, i kid of don't understand what are you asking, but if you are asking of what is behind this story... then this story was here to give a reason why ALCOHOL is not allowed, and one of the most afamous examples are these... For instance the worst think that a person can do is 1-Kill his father, 2-have intercourse with his sister or even his mother, and actually a person is able to do all these things when he is drunk, thats why Islam frobids drinking...wallah a3lame.. i wish in somehow iI unswered your question, and if you are not satisfied with it please let me know and i will see what i can do.
