3-DAY ARABIC INTENSIVE PROGRAMME

methodologies and introduce Online Arabic classes. A unique offering

Canada. He studied under Mufti Muhammad Taqi Usmani for 4 years.

in Montreal, Canada. Moderator of the Shariah Program online classes.

This international conference will focus on the pictorial and textual traditions of illustrated Arabic manuscripts produced from the 11th to 14th centuries in Syria, Egypt, Iraq, North Jazira, South Eastern Anatolia and Western Iran. The conference will gather an impressive list of international scholars on the painterly and textual traditions of Arabic manuscripts, who will pay particular attention to the interrelationship of text and image, and the importance of cultural context.
