Hello everyone, am a huge football fan and my beloved team is Man-united but i do like other english clubs as well : Liverpool, chelsea etc.
I'm wondering if you guys are following the tournament. Well Man u drawed yesterday (0-0) against Villareal. I think we could've won the game if Roonay didn't behave like the kid he is. He was sent off when we started to dominate the game but his departure screwed everything up. I watched Real losing to Lyon (0-3) on monday. I was really impressed by them (Lyon) and i even believe that they can win the league this year! As of Man-u i don't think they can go beyong the quater finals even though we have a good team this year. So what do you guys support and who do you think is gonna win this year ? Salam.

I saw a number of games. I think its hard to call the winner at this stage. A number of teams are obviously major contenders like Chelsea, Man U, Juventus, AC Milan, Barcelona and Real Madrid. I dont think Lyon is as good as their 3-0 win would indicate. Real were having a bad day without Zidane and Ronaldo in the lineup. I think the return leg will be different. As for Man U, Rooneys actions are expected. His childish attitude will always be a major problem for him but he is very talented.

Real Madrid has never been a good defending team. They r used to win 5 to 3... They r not ready yet (with only two liga games)...
Milan AC and Chelsea are probably the most favourites...not forgetting the barca, la juve

Hi Tony and nice meeting ya. Am not sure if you saw real's game but Lyon produced some amazing football. I don't think zizou nor ronaldo would've change the outcome of the match. Lyon simply controlled the game and Juninho was just magnificent. I really believe that they have a chance to win it this time. you know this is football and anything can happen. who would've thought that liverpool would win last year ! i think this year would be a surprise too and personally i wouldn't be surprised if lyon indeed win it. As of Rooney, he's a raging bull, and believe that sir ferguson ought to spank the shrek out of him so he can calm down a lil bit. he really played good against villareal but his inexperience and temper spoiled it all for him. he's still young and am sure that he'll be a hell of a player later on.Originally posted by TonyStarks

Hi Bo-selecta ! the original one or the algerian version? lol Liverpool is indeed a great club and been superb since rafa's arrival. people talk too much about mourinho being the special one but personally i believe that benitez did a better job considering that he won the most prestigious title in football and so on his first year ! that's quiet an achievement. am looking forward for sunday's game. so who do you think's gonna win ? i reckon it's gonna be a draw 1-1. Liverpool is a difficult team to brake in especially that we're playing in liverpool. Cisse, gallagher and the new goal keeper been amazing lately, i wouldn't be surprised if we lose the game.Originally posted by Bo_Selecta
