You know in the past Algeria had many student living in the east countries, Swiss, Canada, even Sweden....

So when I saw Senegal in Wold cup with MOST of the player playing in FRANCE and having a great team, I must say that; For sure You have agreat chance to assemble a decent team of Ice Hockey as well..

no, no reason why, but he was quite forceful about it, its probably the same reason as with football, he'd prefer to play for France as they play in the higher end of international competitions.

Also ive only been able to find players through europe, do you know of any way i can find them in North America, in particular around quebec-montreal area's.

I dont know how many Algerians play hockey in Canada, especially considering that most Algerians have been here 10-15 years. We're still soccer players for now. I think in the next 10-20 years, when the next generation comes up, you'll see a lot more. Theres tons of hockey teams here but the semi-professional one in Quebec is QJHML or something. There's also teh OHL (Ontario), WHL (Western) and AHL. Check in those leagues if you havent already. Thats about all i know so far.

Some people still don’t appreciate the work that you are doing, yet there isn’t any ice rink or ice hockey team in Algeria, you should have explained to him that the list is only for the fan to find out more info about ice hockey players with Algerian roots

You should have kept the player on the list!!!
