    Zarabi Called Into Squad

According to local newspaper El Khabar, Gueugnon's central defender Abderraouf Zarabi has been called up to the national team for the upcoming friendly against Burkina Faso. The 26-year old defender has not played for the national team since September of 2003, when he took part in a 1-0 victory over Qatar. The former NA Hussein Dey player signed with French club Ajaccio in the summer of 2003 but a series of injuries prevented him from playing any significant minutes. He was loaned out to Gueugnon at the beginning of this season and has excelled with his new team. His call up comes after a discussion between the head coach of the national team Meziane Ighil and Gueugnon coach Victor Zvunka.

To all you lucky bastards in Europe, the game will be shown live on Eurosport. It will be replayed on Algeria3 and Canal Algerie after.

If you're referring to Canada (?), we've had Canal Algerie for over a year now.
