We played against China (lost 0-1) and against Jordan (1-1) in the last 2 years. We also played Qatar about 3 years ago. I'd rather play Mali over any of those teams though.

if we gona play african teams why not morocco, tunisia or egypt, something for us to get excited about, some good rivalry, i reckon sudan will be our only win in the whole of 2006!

There's too much rivalry to play them in a friendly. Not only that, though, we need to play to weaker teams at this point just so the coach can try out different things. Eventually, when the coach knows the team, the players, what tactics to use and all that, then we can start playing the better teams. I think thats what the FAF is doing anyway, I could be wrong.

In what is probably the best news I've heard on the NT in a long time, it seems like they've settled on Guy Stephan and its only a matter of finalizing the deal !!!
