level of algerian league football

can anyone compare it to a level of a league in europe?

some times i watch it and cant beleive how poor it is, are these guys even fully professional?

Overall, the league is pretty weak but what do you expect with the lack of facilities ? When you consider that I have better access to equipment than players on a team like USMA or JSK, there's no chance for them to play at a very high level. However, there's a ton of good players and if they moved to Europe at an early age would do real well. Some foreign coaches say the Algerian league is at the same level of the 3rd division in France, which is probably true, but the bigger teams can play at a higher level (namely JSK and USMA).
