The Algerian National Team will play its first game under the direction of newly appointed French coach Jean-Micheal Cavalli. The coach was just appointed this week and will have little time to get his players ready. The friendly will allow the coach to get familiar with the squad before facing Guinea in September in the opening game of qualifiers.

According to sources, only local players have been selected for the game (not official as of yet):

Gaouaoui, Zazou, Yacef (JSK), Zemmamouche, Metref, Achiou (USMA), Ousserir, Abdeslam (NAHD), Laïfaoui, Benattia, Harkas, Amroune (CRB), Diss (USMB), Zaoui (ASO), Maïza, Hadj Aïssa (ESS), Younes, Daham (MCA), S. Daoud, B. Daoud (MCO), Djediat (PAC), Hanitser (ASMO)

    All Time Meetings:

24.04.1995 Sudan 0-2 Algeria (the game finished 2-0 for Sudan but was overturned by CAF)
    14.10.1994 Algeria 1-1 Sudan
    10.07.1987 Algeria 3-1 Sudan
    28.12.1987 Sudan 1-1 Algeria
    28.12.1980 Sudan 1-1 Algeria
    12.12.1980 Algeria 2-0 Sudan

Algeria: 3 wins, 3 draws, 0 losses, 10 goals scored, 4 goals against
Sudan: 0 wins, 3 draws, 3 losses, 4 goals scored, 10 goals against

Considering we could barely beat Rwanada, couldnt beat Zimbabwe, and lost to Angola, I'd say Sudan is just at our level.

The Algeria squad according to El Watan:

Gaouaoui, Zazou, Yacef (JS Kabylie), Daoud Sofiane, Daoud Bouabdallah, Moumen (MC Oran), Amroune, Laïfaoui, Harkas, Benatia, Belakhdar (CR Belouizdad), Achiou, Zemamouche, Metref, Hamdoud (USM Alger), Deham, Bouguèche, Younès (MC Alger), Ousserir, Abdeslam (NA Hussein Dey), Hadj Aïssa, Maïza (ES Sétif), Djediat (Paradou AC), Zaoui (ASO Chlef), Diss (USM Blida), Hanister (ASM Oran)

The three JSK players and two NAHD players will not be available because they have a Coupe D'Algerie game on June 1st. MC Oran's Moumen is doing his omra, so he won't be available.

So there won't be any player from european leagues! Well, that must not be a bad thing to give their chance to some locals.

Just for this game cause the European leagues finished some 3 weeks ago and most players havent played or exercised since then. The next game should have the pros and locals.
