    Your predictions please...

    Angola 1:3 Portugal
    Mexico 1:1 Iran
    Serbia & Montenegro 0:2 Holland

(did anyone hear about those Yanks and what their newspapers have been writing about the world cup, they have been saying its the most boring competition on the planet and the sport is the most boring sport on the planet)

I say they dont like it as its the only thing they cant monopolise - or perhaps they can quite grasp a world competition which is comprised of more than just the USA.

Whatever the case - THEY ARE WRONG!!!

North American culture's definition of entertainment is too different than the rest of us to fully appreciate the World Cup. Its a shame too, they have a good squad that can go far in this tourney.

They do have a good squad, a few more years and they might be challenging for a top 4 spot - who knows.

We could see USA v Iran final with Bush sat next to Ahmadejad cheering their teams on.

I saw Iran in a friendly last week against Croatia they were completely out played. The Croatian players were much bigger and faster than the Iranians and its clear that they wont be able to compete at the WC if they play games that way.
