I waffle too much, bad habbit so ive posted everything as requested in one post.
I have set up a fantasy football league for the next three rounds. It only takes about 10 - 15 mins from registering to completing your team. The registration is simple and you dont really need to give any private info (just make it up, I did) only give your e-mail address and most importantly its free.
Go to the following link and register a team
http://channel4.fantasyleague.com/User.aspx
Once you have picked a team and confirmed it you will see an icon on the right titled ''friends league'' - click on that and then the bottom option is for join a friends league - you will need to enter a code st this point which is:
17202
The name of the league is a.com
The rules are basically choose 11 players in a 442 formation and you are not allowed more than 2 players from any one team, during the rest of the competition you are entitled to 6 subsitutes.
