December 26, 2008 --Months after Algerian officials announced plans for the first-ever national academy for water sports, APS reported Thursday (December 25th) that the final site in El-Tarf has been selected. Officials reportedly plan to build the facility near "Little Mountain" beach, 3km from El Kala.
