July 8, 2009 -- Former Algerian international and FC Porto player Rabah Madjer is among the contenders for FIFA's title of all-time Best African Footballer, APS reported on Tuesday (July 7th). Madjer played for FC Porto and was part of Algeria's World Cup squads in 1982 and in 1986. Other nominees include Lakhdar Belloumi (Algeria), Tarek Dhiab (Tunisia) and Badou Zaki (Morocco).
