January 19, 2010 -- Former Algerian Football Federation (FAF) chief Omar Kezzal will receive the African Confederation (CAF) Order of Merit on January 29th in Luanda, El Watan reported on Monday (January 18th). Kezzal served as FAF chairman three times. During his second mandate in 1990, Algeria won the African Cup of Nations.
