    sport for fitness

    Hey..
    Let me ask a question from all of you what do you think which sport is best option to staying fit and healthy..?
    As far as i think swimming and football are best..

    I thinks at least one sport is necessary to maintain your body fitness,.And running an swimming is the best sports for the fitness and loos weight quickly and easily,.,.

    I think GlennMarsh is right at least we should take interest in one game to keep yourself healthy. I must say Football, cricket and tennis are great option to be fit but you can choose other too according to your interest..
