I recently saw an item in Sports Illustrated (can't link, as the online issue is available only to subscribers, a group I am not among) about a "pre-sex" agreement being marketed to pro athlets. The signee says that she is over the age of consent, is not under the influence of drugs, and has no STDs. Legal Expert X said that there was no way this would be accepted in court, as it gave all the power to one party. Legal Expert Y said it would be accepted, because a contract is a contract, and that's that. wants to know what you people think about it.
