I could manage to do these at home, I've also got an exercise machine, a bit like a cross between a rowing machine and an exercise bike. It's called a 'body jack'.(It's being used as an impromptu clothes horse at the moment)Originally posted by Amina-DZ

I also had plans to start exercising since New Year but I have just started really, mainly because I have rivals here

OK so looking forward to your "body jack" targets. Although I don't think there is anything like it in the gym, so I can't compete with you
Is a rowing machine the same you think or easier?

Instuctions say work up to 50 per day.
I'll start of with 25 for now (bit unfit) and try to add 5 per day

50/day? I would've thought you can do that in just over a couple of minutes if it's like the rowing machine. Oh well, might be different!
OK take it easy Lil_Mem and do 25 first! I'll try and find something similar at the gym, don't worry

Bring it on Khti, Amina, I'm just as competitive.Originally posted by Amina-DZ
Khti Houda, which one is leg extension??
Do you do Leg Adduction, Leg Abduction, or Leg Curl??
If so what weight? and how many?? So I know how I'm doing

I'm reffering to both leg curl and leg extention, 30kg.
I assume extension/abduction is the same thing ? yaki ?
Rowing machine, 20 minutes MAX, how do you keep on going for 1 hour ?
