Yes the three Algerian sky channels plus most other Arabic channels
And if you are lucky to be in Algiers or from any other Algerian cities all transport are free and there is no fees to watch the opening ceremony in the 5th stadium

[Aps 25/9/04] Algiers - The opening ceremony of the 10th Arab sports games (24 September-8 October), organised Friday at Algiers July 5th stadium, kept the crowd in suspense, mesmerised by a purely Algerian show.
Under fascinating and colourful lights, some 800 "actors" from every corner of Algeria performed, in front of distinguished guests and representatives of the sporting delegations, a show relating Algeria’s history in all its diversity.
This “made in Algeria” show proved a pleasant surprise to the spectators who managed a seat in the Olympic stadium owing to the quality of the judiciously chosen themes.
The glorious martyrs of the Algerian revolution (1954) had a special place in this show, alongside such diversified aspects displaying Algeria’s cultural diversity, including folklore from all of the country’s regions : Kabyle, Bedouin, Tuareg and Rai, to name a few.
As such, spectators and viewers appreciated the wealth of this heritage through five themes : memory, El-Hadra, feast, El-Baroud and lights.
The show went on with the presentation of frescos relating Algeria’s traditions mingled to modernism. Everything in a sumptuous fireworks that lit up the huge sky of “July 5th stadium”, heralding the end of the feast to leave way to competition set to kick off on Saturday.
Standing Ovation for the Palestinian and Iraqi Delegations
Algiers - The parade of the Palestinian and Iraqi delegations was the highlight of the opening ceremony of the 10th Arab sports games, officially declared open Friday by President of the Republic Abdelaziz Bouteflika.
An intense emotion overcame all spectators who managed a seat in Algiers July 5th stadium, during a colourful and laid-back parade of participants, when both delegations stopped before the grandstand to greet Algeria’s guests and the huge crowds who welcomed them with a standing ovation. Both delegations made a point to be present in Algiers alongside their brothers in this huge sporting gathering of Arab youth.
In spite of Iraq’s occupation, its delegation is present with over 200 athletes determined to snatch the maximum of medals and get their people forget about the agonies of war.
The Palestinian delegation was warmly welcomed as soon as it stepped into the stadium, holding a huge portrait of their president, Yasser Arafat.
Palestinian sportsmen and women overcame all difficulties to leave the occupied territories and make sure to be in Algiers, so as to perpetuate their presence in these Arab games, likewise all previous 8 editions when they snatched 90 podium places.
These 10th Arab games have the honour to beat all participation records with the presence for the first time ever of the Comoro Islands (6 athletes) alongside 21 Arab countries, namely Jordan, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Tunisia, Djibouti, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Syria, Somalia, Iraq, Oman, Palestine, Qatar, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Egypt, Morocco, Mauritania, Yemen, and the host country, Algeria.
"The Arab Nation Needs a Strong Youth,” Declared President Bouteflika
Algiers - The Arab nation needs “a strong youth capable of holding high its colours in various alliances of nations to take up the challenges its facing,” President Abdelaziz Bouteflika declared on Friday.
In his message at the opening ceremony of the 10th Arab sports games, the President pointed out that this youth must be involved in the Arab nation’s progress and defend its interests in “a merciless world that leaves no room for the weak”.
This huge Arab youth event, the President went on, also provides “a privileged opportunity for Arab youths to meet and establish ties of friendship, fraternity and solidarity so as to contribute to strengthening the Arab nation’s unity.”
It is also an opportunity for Arab youths to discover “one of the countries in their great Arab nation, its civilisation, as well as its economic, cultural and social wealth,” he went on.

[Aps 26/9/04] Algiers - Algerian karateka snatched Sunday, second day of Algiers Arab sports games, three gold, one silver and two bronze. Gold medals went to Amar Khodja (60-kg), who overcame Kuwaiti Badr al-Oteibi, Slimane Mezdioui (65-kg), who got the best of another Kuwaiti, Hocine al-Kahtane and Koceila Hamadini against Egyptian Mohamed Ibrahim Salem.
The silver medal was won by Nadia Zerrouki (55kg), while bronze went to female karateka Faiza Zigaoua (50-kg) and Faiza Menni (-60 kg).
Weightlifting: Three Gold for Leila Lassouani
Algiers - Algerian weightlifter Leila Lassouani (63-kg) snatched three gold medals Sunday at the Arab sports games.
Lassaouani lifted 80-kg in the snatch, 100-kg in the clean-and-jerk and 180-kg overall.
Silver and bronze went respectively to Tunisian Erabhi Mouna with 67.5-kg and Syrian Bouchra Mohamed (62.5kg).

Salim Iles
Algiers - The second day of the 10th Arab games, contested on Sunday, was by far dominated by Algerian athletes, who snatched 29 medals overall (11 gold, 9 silver and 11 bronze), finishing ahead of Tunisia (18 medals, including 8 gold) and Saudi Arabia (11 medals including 5 gold).
Algeria now tops overall standings with a total of 50 medals, including 17 gold, ahead of Tunisia (38 medals and 16 gold) and Egypt (31 medals and 12 gold).
The Algerian domination was obvious in three disciplines: swimming (4), karate (4) and weightlifting (3).
In weightlifting, Leila Lassouani dominated her category (63kg) heads and shoulder, winning the snatch, the clean-and-jerk and the total of movements. She topped Tunisian Rabhi Mouna (silver) and Syrian Bushra Mohamed (bronze).
Swimming alone snatched eight medals: Salim Iles (100m freestyle), Fella Bennacer (50m butterfly), Faiza Sabria Dahane (200m free) and the men’s 4x200m free, all earned highest place on the podium.
The day’s satisfaction came from karate, with a total of 13 medals (4 gold, 4 silver and 5 bronze). Amar Khodja, Slimani Mezdioui, Koceira Hamadini and Tarek Admane all got the better of their opponents in the their respective finals.
Day three sees the start of such competitions as gymnastics, Greco-Roman wrestling, chess, badminton and horse riding.

Algiers - The coach of Algeria’s swimming squad, Sofiane Benchekour expressed his “satisfaction” about his swimmers’ early results after two days of competitions at the 10th Arab games (24 September-8 October).
The national coach considered that the number of medals snatched by his proteges complies with predictions, wishing them all the best for next four days of competition.
"The Algerians’ task won’t be easy, but our swimmers, with their fighting spirit and their physical shape, are capable of achieving even better results,” he told APS.
Speaking about second day of competitions, Benchakour, who banked on two gold medals in the beginning, says he was pleasantly surprised by the additional medals won by his proteges.
“Our swimmers have achieved a great performance owing to their courage and determination”, he declared.
As for the coach of the Tunisian swimming squad, one of Algeria’s fiercest rivals, he said that competition was marked so far by “excellent performances,” especially in the 100m freestyle, which saw Salim Iles and Tunisian Oussama El Mellouli compete for gold, the women’s 200m backstroke and 400m medley.
The head of the Tunisian delegation, which targets top three spots in overall standings, believes that last four days will see “the emergence of other athletes and the achievement of good results.”
