    Daineche To Zulte-Waregem

La Louviere defender Nasser Daineche is on the brink of signing a contract with newly promoted side Zulte-Waregem of the Belgian league. Zulte-Waregem are champions of the Belgian 2nd division this year and have assured themselves promotion. The 20-year old Daineche, playing in his first season as a professional, has had a breakout season with La Louviere, coming from relative obscurity, to almost securing a starting spot on the team. The player has yet to be called up to the Algerian national team but his time should come soon, as current teammates at La Louviere Mohamed Brahami and Rafik Djebbour (U21) have both been called up.

La Louviere have announced that Algerians Nasser Daineche and Rafik Zoheir Djebbour are free to leave the club and sign elsewhere. The decision comes after the two players were accussed of not trying in the team's last game, a 7-1 loss, after finding out they will not get contract extensions. The players were also accused of stealing equipment from the club. Both players played an important role in the team's success this year with Djebbour scoring 3 goals and Daineche a regular in defence.
