Boutabout just scored the 1-1 goal for Sedan against Le Havre in the French 2nd division.

His team ended up winning 2-1 and he gave the assist on the second goal. Not bad for a sub who played 45 minutes, 1 goal and 1 assist.

PS. His team is number 1 in the standings in Ligue 2. Hopefully they'll move up to Ligue 1 next year with Boutabout and Belhadj leading the team.

Former ES Troyes and JS Kabylie player Farid Ghazi is on trial with Finnish side HJK Helsinki. The 32-year old striker is currently playing with ES Guelma in the Algerian 3rd division. Ghazi played 4 seasons with ES Troyes in Ligue 1 scoring 11 goals and winning the UEFA Intertoto Cup. However, his lack of work ethic and problems ended his European career prematurely. HJK Helsinki finished 2nd in the Finnish league last season.

Well he was a trouble maker when he was at Troyes. He wouldn't play in Ramadan or something. I dont know the exact story but many coaches say he could have been a special player if it wasnt for his attitude. He's a great player and could easily be playing in the top division in Algeria but he chose his first club ES Guelma to play at home.

-FC Istres' midfielder's Ahmed Yahiaoui and Salah Bakour played the entire game against Bastia losing 3-0.

-In Valenciennes 1-0 win over Reims, the coach inserted striker Malik Hebbar in the 75th minute in search of an equalizer but to no avail.

-Clermont, and their striker Sabri Tabet who played the entire game, lost 2-1 on the road to Caen.

-Gueugnon tied Grenoble 1-1 with Abderraouf Zarabi played the entire 90 minutes for Gueugnon covering his Algerian teammate Nassim Akrour who came off in injury time.

-Hassan Yebda started the game for Laval and came off in the 69th minute in their 3-2 loss to Amiens. Finally, Yacine Hima played the entire game for Chateauroux in their 1-1 draw with Guingamp.
