Le Havre's central defender Nasser Daineche will join Oldham Athletic who play in the Coca Cola League One. The former La Louviere player joined Le Havre at the beginning of the season but ended his contract with the team after failing to secure a regular spot in the team. La Louviere Sign Sofiane
Striker Youssef Sofiane has signed a contract with Belgian club La Louviere. The former West Ham United player had signed with French club FC Lorient but was unable to finalize his deal due to the fact that he had already played for 2 teams in one season (West Ham & Coventry City). La Louviere are desperate for offence having scored just 19 goals in 20 games, and are just one spot out of the relegation zone. The 21-year Sofiane old has played for Lille, Auxerre (both France) and Roda JC (Holland). He will link up with fellow Algerian Mohamed Brahami at the club.

Djebbour Continues Impressive Form
Rafik Zoheir Djebbour continued his impressive form scoring the opening goal in his teams 1-1 draw against Appollon Kalamarias in the Greek top division. The Atromitos Peristeri striker found the net after just 21 minutes in his first game for the club, to put the hosts ahead. His Algerian counterpart Karim Mouzaoui levelled things in the 61st minute with a goal of his own. Djebbour signed with Atromitos FC in the winter break after netting 11 goals in 16 games for Ethnikos Asteras in the Greek 2nd division. The tie means Atromitos FC have 26 points from 19 games and a temporary 6th place spot. More importantly, the team is just 4 points behind a spot in European competition. As for Mouzaoui, his team is in the bottom half of the standings with 23 points from 19 games but only 4 points separate them and the 6th ranked team.

He got called up last year. We had a friendly against Tunisia but before that they played a local team in Algeria. He got injured in that first game so he didnt play in the second game against Tunisia. He might get called upto the national team in the game against Burkina Faso.
