Hi,
I've never heard that algerian visa is so hard.
What kind of help do you need?

As long as you are not from Colombia, you won't pay a lot of money
You may even get it for free if you are from Korea, South Africa, Malta, Jordan, or Finland
I never understood how they worked the fees out

From what I understand and have seen, there is interest in developing the northern areas - at least around the costal towns and villages not too far away from Algiers. Everywhere I've looked there is some kind of development - appartments, roads, renovation of ports...However, in terms of the 'tourist' industry outside of the capital, there isn't a fully developed infrastructure of restaurants or cultural centres. However, I believe the country is becoming more confident and hospitable with international visitors. There are more and more youth hostels around and university exchanges are becoming more widespread. This enhances the local economy and educates the younger generations who are perhaps unfamiliar with other cultures.
I know a number of Algerians who work in urban development and they are definitely interested in developing their country!!!!
Regarding visas - it all depends on the political relationship your own country holds with Algeria. It's not entirely fair but that's how it is. If it's any consolation, I've not heard of anyone having problems with getting visas from within Europe. It's probably harder for Algerians to get visas out of their country. Does anyone else have an opinion about that?

Salaam,
As I understand, love4all is from Pakistan, and according to what you’re saying
You’re insinuating that Pakistan is a developed country!
In my opinion correct me if I’m wrong, before asking people to develop their country, start with your own mate.
