Lone female travelling between Annaba and Algiers

salaam i have to go from Annaba to Algiers alone, can anyone advise me of the safest method (not plane) please also note that I am a convert to islam and wear khimar ( if this is of any relevance) thanks for any helpful information!! Just want to be best prepared!!

If you're travelling soon, it's a two-step journey:

1) Annaba-Bouira by train
Depart Annaba 06h45
Arrive at Bouira 13h10

2) Bouira-Algiers by bus
Depart Bouira 13h30
Arrive at Algiers at 15h30

Well, I deliberately omitted "Hitchhiking carrying a sign saying 'I'm a foreigner travelling alone'" or '"Swimming" as options because the train and the bus are the safest way to go. There is often a discreet security presence on trains. Sensible precautions such as keeping valuables in a safe place and out of sight would apply in any country when using transport systems.
