Salam,
Only if you're prepared to stand on your brakes as soon as you reach the border - the frontier between Algeria and Morocco is closed. It was briefly opened to allow a Gaza aid convoy through, but for the time being a driving trip is not possible.

Salam,
Once it was possible, the most common route was the road between Oudja and Tlemcen, while another crossing point was via the road from Figuig to Beni Ounif, Béchar. There are also 'unofficial' routes but in an area that is officially 'closed' and frequently patrolled (to catch contrabrand and drugs smugglers), 'unofficial routes' are risky to travel.
