Algeria is turning more like a eurpeian country you got the freedom to do what ever u want, so if hotels serve alcohole and have a desent night clubs and disco’s then whos going to stop you from taking your girl friend with you…
Check this link below you will find a lot of information about the hotels in Algeria, and you might as well contact them.
GOOD LUCK ON YOUR TRIP

They will but..
When I went there to visit my bf (now my husband) last year, we stayed in a hotel. They didn't allow us to have one room since we were not married at that time. But what they did was give us one double room and one single room. They didn't care whether we use the 2 rooms or not. They didn't check. Actually, they already assumed that we will be staying in the double room because when they took our bags they left both of them in that room. They didn't even show us the other room. So, in effect, they don't really care whether you are not married or not. All they care is you pay for the 2 rooms

Kewl, I am so sorry to hear that!
1) You should complain to your travel agency and try to get a refund these people are a disgrace to my country.
2) You should not accept and ask to see the manager talk to him politely and try to touch his heart by diplomacy. Algerian can be really rough but when you are kind and sweet they melt and cannot resist.
You should say forgive me dear sir, but I’ve heard that you were so civilised and most hospitable and generous country how on earth can you expect me to get another room for my fiancée, my to be wife, common law wife, whatever. I do not have a budget for another room because it is just out of the question. If all these fail, tell him fair enough I will go to the Hilton, Sheraton, St George etc. He will give in if all this fail tell him I’m going to call the press and sell my story no European will put feet in Algiers anymore and that will be the end for your already fragile economy. Let me know next time I will come with you as I live very near hotel Aurassi

Hotel Service
I don’t know about women to stay or not in Hotel, but double room charge is used everywhere in the world or in many countries, not only in Algeria. some countries apply it some do not. Because all registration go to the Police.
Prorably the reception personel are good in Algeria, but service (restaurant, room cleaning, bar.... has build a bad reputation)
I do not use Hotel when I`m in Algeria, but my Italian colleague went many time to Algeria and stay there, and they claim that the Hotel service in Nil, including the Hotel Ourassi...., Last month my friend told me that when he went to Restaurant in the Hotel, after he got his food (chicken) to his table, he found out that the grilled chicken was COLD!!!??, so he told to the server that the chicken is cold!!!
He told me that the Garcon was so nervous and looks at him very badly; instead of apology he had a very angry face!!
The garcon told him in French
----et Yalooors, mange ou vas te faire foutre ailheurs….
I have heard many stories about the hotel service in Algeria and it is not that good, probably we need forgners to serve in our Hotels

A government that robs Peter to pay Paul can always depend on the support of Paul.
