does anyone have any information when the new embassy will be up and running in algiers?
They are working from a hotel at the moment but only doing restricted services. I am british woman married to algerian man and my husband returned to his country last year to apply for his settlement visa. With the closure of the embassy he had to apply in tunis, only to be refused. I have fought all through the courts in the UK with no luck and have just been told to apply again. My husband and i are not happy about applying again in tunis , we would rather apply in algeria. The home office website say they are waiting for new premises. How long ??????
