I have seen in western movies,
a red Indian places a gold pendant around the bride's neck,
at the timeof marriage.
This is their sign of marriage.
Compare this with the compulsory practice of wearing
a special gold pendant called "mangal sutra"
to be worn by the Indian bride.
Any connection between the west & east Indians before Columbus?![]()
