hi everyone who is so dying to work for investment banking in Algeria.
i had this wonderful opportunity emailed to me by a friend who workd for the City Group but unfortunately i will not be able to apply for it to due to zillions of reasons.
anyhow, this is an opportunity in the Global Transaction Services in the Middle East and the North African Region and it is a 2 years program mainly for graduate students (if you graduated up to 3-4 years ago, that s ok). they have only 4 positions, 3 will be trained in Algeria, Morocco, Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan, and the remaining candidate will be in europe. after the 2 years, you will be allocated in one of these branches and if you're lucky to b in Algeria then you will have "La Belle Life" (living close to your parents and earning a UK salary!! wow wow lol)
the link is: http://www.citigroup.com/citigroup/oncampus/
and click on investment banking then follow the instruction (remember make sure u apply for Global Transaction Services EMEA)
good luck to you guys and i really hope that one Algeria will get this place (im sick of Egyptians and Syrians always getting into investment banking!!!!!!)
if you need further information, you can contact KAren Luckly (Human resources) karen.luckly@citigroup.com
best of luck

Is this advert only for women?

Nice one but i think they pay arround 60000 AD, starting salary in UK would be 35000£ (for graduates).
I guess it depends on how easy it is to change afterwards to somwehere else.
But overall excellent job opportunity.

but now that it is here, then "only for women it shall be!"
no man is allowed to apply now lol
the salary is probably around £35000 a year for graduate, ur right, which is around, 5500000 DA a year and not 60000 DA (as £1~150 DA). this is a tremendous sum in Algeria for a graduate student i think. besides, it s not just the salary, it s the experience, the company, the travelling and the VIP accommodation in hotels!!! and certainly, the tremendous work.
good luck RimasMiss NinaGucci says: The Grass is Always Greener on The Other Side Of the Fence
