I wouldnt trust such beachs, if I was on holiday with my sisters I wouldnt advise them to go tehre, who runs the beach, whats he like, what are his intentions, who has access.
Naa forget that, if anyone really desperately wants to go swimming they can drive down the Sinai coast and there is about 500 miles of untouched beach which is about 2 miles off the road, u can literally drive off the road and onto the beach and there aint gonna be anyone for miles. A bit of a contrast to whats at the end of that coast ''Sharm el-Sheikh'' which is MissRussia.com - I dislike Sharm greatly - beautiful place though

Very true about not knowing the integrity of the owners of such initiatives. Sinai coast will have to be my next destination...

Even at Sharm it wasnt too bad, if you go to teh strip where everything is there then its disgusting but I took a nice Mutdayin family here and we managed, everyday I found a nice private spot for them and we had a great time.
The thing about Sharm is that the Fish are just AMAZINGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG. Your feet are in the shallowist part and u look down and nothing just golden sand and turqoise water and then boo the fish turn and they are all around your feet, when sideways they are so thin u cant see then but when the turn they are bigger than your hand, and so many different colors, beautiful, I went 3 times, Alhamdullilah.
