    Exclamation Algerian Men

    Hi,

I live in Ireland and I have been married to algerian man for the last 4 years and let me tell u. U need to b strong and stand up for urself.
When we started he was not really into his religion and then just after a year married it all changed. He is so wraped up in it. He tried his hardest to get me to change religions but he got nowhere. I am the black sheep of his friends because i didnt change my religion for my husband but why should i he could change for me but i would not ask him, i married for love not religion.

I was dating him when 9/11 happened and belive me it made us stronger. I lost alot of friends because i was dating him because they said he is like them and i said to then we are all like the IRA in ireland then? Its not true we are not all alike.

I know i have gone on a bit but if u are strong and watch out for the little things he might do u will b fine.

    Stay strong and b urself!

    Take Care
    Tara

    Deja vu

    Jonimare

Marriage = 1/2 religion so I guess your marriage completed his religion
And it's probably because he likes u that he wanted u to convert (coz he must believe his religion is the one)

    Anyway, welcome aboard Blida

    Hello Tara

I agree with you that you shouldn't change your religion for your husband, but from love to Allah

Love the piccie - my advice, trust your instincts with men / women / small dogs doesn't matter where they're from some are complete ****s and some are fabulous and anyone who thinks that this depends on where they were born frankly needs to get out more (without being rude.....)
