Woman and tattoos

Hi Everyone,
I wanted to get everyone's opinion about the general opinion on young woman that have tattoos. How is it perceived in Algeria, in the different cities, specially Tlemcen. I wanted to know because i visited last summer, and i was told it was ok in Tlemcen, but now there are people telling me different things. Will you help telling me what your city thinks overall?

Although, personally, I'm not a fan of tatoos, it's an interesting subject. In light of them being forbidden, would anyone have information about the custom of Berber women having facial tatoos?

I think if u have layered ur body with them u will freak people out, but if uv got one or tiny ones no one would care really..
