If the freind is a sister then tell her that she cannot get married without the permission of her wali. If she does then her marriage is invalid

mmm... it's weird though cuz i'm not 100% sure, but she's asking me questions like the above and inside i feel like that's what she wants to do.

if her parents are dead - who's "next in line" to be the wali?
