Algerian men and wedding rings

hey everyone i'm just wondering do algerian men wear their wedding rings when they get married? i mean is there a ring for engagement and on what hand do they wear it. from what i've found out algerian men wear their rings in the wedding and on the left side but i want to know for sure. please tell me.

Hey Friendship. Algerian men normally wear a silver wedding ring on their left hand.
Some hate jewllery and never wear it...my dad for instance..

hi thank you i'm sure now. I know they don't wear gold coz it's not allowed in islam but it's a way of showing ur married jst like women wear it men shud as well.

Wedding rings are not an islamic thing therefore it is not important and have not been used in algeria for a very long time, think it depends on the family and what they are used to. Muslims are not supposed to copy the habits of unbelievers or people of the book

like you've said islam hasn't commented on whether women and men should wear rings or not and it's a choice. However i disagree with you when you said that we shouldn't follow the believers of other religions. I don't think by wearing a ring you follow someone else' religion or believe, another thing most of arabic countries girls when they get engaged they wear the ring on the right hand and it differs from other countries. Also most of non muslims now cohabit and don't get married.

The man's wedding ring doesn't have to be fancy. A simple, elegant style will do like this or this.

You could find a suitable silver rings for men that are very reasonably priced and inexpensive.

Titanium is a good metal as well.
