    Hi ladies,

it's by the papers your husband is submitting. If the first part of the visa applications is anything like it is here in the US, there is a 'petition of alien relative' form to fill out. he has to provide proof that you and your husband are married. he has to submit land ownership, house bills or any children birth certificates if you guys have kids- this info is in addition to submitting a copy of the marriage contract.

if you guys haven't lived together yet, then the only other thing that'll be considered as credible evidence of the marriage is a letter from two or three people swearing under penalty of purgery that you two are married. He/she has to sign that letter in front of some agent who will stamp and certify the letter. (total 3 letters- 3 different whitenesses)

It seems as if one fails to conceive
The meaning my name strives to achieve

To a biological form you cannot relate-
Because a reproductive cell is a gamete not gamate!

It means to unite, -to become consolidated
So without me in a.com, is there hope we'd be amalgamated?

I thought I had explained this to you previously, evidence of regular contact etc........

As I mentioned previously, your level of commitment can be judged through endless means, you can provide phone bills illustrating you keep contact on a regular basis, emails, photographs, cards and invitations addressed to you both as a couple, letters from family members, letters from community figureheads – priests, imams, policemen, family doctors, letters from your family confirming they know you both as a couple and that they can testify your relationship is genuine - the list is quite endless and relevant to your circumstances, some people also choose to swear and oath through a solicitor. I listed all of these points in my previous posts
