I believe all uk conis are valid for 3 months, but I don't think it needs to be valid in time for the wedding, just needs to be valid in time to get the permission or at least when you are applying for the permission... (it took 3-4 months for our permission to go through, but we were not required to gibe another coni, and the coni wasn't needed at the town hall when we got marriedl).

I dont want to go into too much detail but if i could ask if anyone is willing to give some advice on a brit marrying an algerian and documents that are needed could you drop me a personal message or an email. Thanks.

What country do you plan on marrying in? I'm sure a few of us could tell you what you may need to marry in Algeria, but not sure about other countries, also there are various threads on here which outline what others have needed.
