You know...... I can't see how you get from picture 1 to picture 3 on most of these. Looks really fiddly. How do you tie it @ the back & get the bit @ the front??
Ditto with the pins. I can't be dealing with them all day. Very fiddly. Use a safety pin to secure under my chin, wrap & use a nice brooch to secure. Oh, the little cotton hats underneath are brilliant. Stops your hijab moving all day![]()

It’s not only Algeria, the older women back home in Morocco when doing domestic work or after a bath wear their scarves like that. Hence, the reason why it’s a no, no for me.

just wrap it the way you usually do!
, we all know how good we can look underneath without it
no point in stressing, sometimes for a change i wear it different to all these styles..
agreed with the bandanas "head huggers" they are quiet good especially with material that slips alot.. they have different head huggers in Malaysia the are more of a smaller hat brim to keep the front piece of the khimar up,
as for the pins..fiddly agreed but with the rectangular shaped scarfs you can wrap without them without pins they do in the Khalij
as a friend of mine&his his&mine line of footprints says;
"i'm a seed that doesn't need much to suceed" God bless him he's been guided.Elhamdoulilah1
