Would you go to the gym or just a diet….
I know that most fit girls get fat after marriage and god knows why

My sis has 2 kids and she looks great!!
I think its true to say that some women let themselves down in the appearance front, they don't take any pride in it at all...
all I can say is I won't let myself become a fat slob who sits at home watching Trisha scoffing cookies

I’ve never been on a diet, I just simply don’t believe in them. As for the gym, I haven't been continously since Ramadan.
There’s a hadith which I can’t verify right now but it’s when Prophet Muhammed mentioned about talking less and eating less.
I think with North Africa women, we need to lay off the kobz when eating Marka, it’s such a big no, no. Zalouk or felflla & Chaldya is nice with Ryvita as oppose to eating kobz. It’s all about eating in moderation.
As for B’nets who marry and put on weight it can be a number of things, contraception, pregnancy, stress {especially the first year in a marriage} and the list goes on……………Originally posted by Lotfi_dk

I just live a normal life and work a lot, specialy outside. I never had a weight problem even not after my 3 kids, maybe the opposite, i had to eat a lot to keep my weight !
I don't understand women who are talking and refering endless about there weight and health problems, maybe they should stop watching tv talk shows during the day and do some serious work
But it's true, i know also a lot of women who changed completely there body size after there marriage. It is not understandable to me, at least i feel much better in my body when i know that my man is still very pleased to look at me like on the first day we met

the best thing is to would be to...
stay healthy!
check with you doctor and have a blood test to see if everthing is in the right order "between brackets"
there are other tests which let you know how much "excess" fat you would need to eliminate.
also trust me when i tell you, your health is ALOT more important than your physical appearance.speaking from personal experience I've been sick to the point where i use to fall down when walking due to the fact that i had blood pressure of 6.5, that was after loosing weight too quickly,but now elhamdoulilah i had to eat and walk my way upto 12 (blood pressure) you don't want to be in that state but you do want to be healthy enough to be able to see tomorrow
it's not good to eat what you want even if you are thin, because it will reverse on you! by that i mean you increase the rate of heart disease, colestrol, type 2 diabetes.
one again a blood test is important!
walking, skipping (rope is very cheap),walking up stairs (2 by 2) or which ever is comfortable way to excercise for you...use it
