The Muslim Youth Helpline is a confidential helpline for young Muslims. All our helpline workers are young people trained to help you whatever problem or difficulty you face. Young Muslims contact the Muslim Youth Helpline about a wide range of issues. Some people are going through desperate situations, whilst others are feeling lonely or confused. Common problems that many young people talk about are drugs, feeling depressed, family and friendships as well as issues related to sexuality.

The British 10K is a mini marathon where runners can raise money for their chosen charity. MYH have spaces for 60 runners for the British 10K Race on 3rd July 2005. A superb way to build fitness and good health. If you want to run (jog, walk, crawl etc.), sweat and get sponsored, view our website to download the registration forms. Spaces are limited so hurry to be part of the BIGGEST Muslim Chairty Running team London has ever seen!

Last year we raised £5000 which enabled us to extend the helpline hours to 7 days a week enabling us to help more Muslims in distress, we trained 30 new helpline workers to respond to enquiries from Muslim youth in need and we carried out more befriending sessions with our clients. So help us and be counted.

The Prophet Mohammed (pbuh) said, “ Who so removes a calamity of his Brother, Allah will remove a calamity of his from the calamities of the Day of Ressurection, and who so conceals the faults of a Muslim, Allah Will conceal his sins on the Day of Ressurection.”
