I was in the mall yesterday and there were two women wearing hijabs. One had on a long loose fitting dress with long sleeves. The other one had on tight jeans and a tight knit long sleeved top.
I always thought that if you're going to wear a hijab that you're clothe should not show your form. Did I miss something? because I was wondering 'why is this woman covering her head and forehead but showing the shape of her body?

Yes, you’re correct the conditions of hijab is that you outer garments are wide enough that does not outline any part of the body and the shape of a woman’s/girls figure.
It should cover the whole body and must be thick enough, as not to show the color of skin it covers or the shape of the body.

That's what I thought because I remember the girls growing up there garments were always bigger than their forms. And from talking to you here I gathered that they should be.
And besides, I think it's common sense as well no?
