Authorities in Afghanistan say all 96 Afghan citizens being held in the United States' military prison camp at Guantanamo Bay will be repatriated soon.

A senior official, who's just returned from a visit to the camp, says the group includes a Libyan with Afghan citizenship.

The interior ministry official did not give a date for their return but another official said the process could take a few months, with the prisoners returning in batches.
