تبخر حلم الجزائيين في ركوب وسيلة النقل ''الحلم" بمجرد الإعلان عن تسعيرة تذكرة النقل بالمترو، المزمع دخوله حيز الخدمة الفاتح نوفمبر، والمقدرة بـ50 دج للوجهة الواحدة، من خلال 10 محطات؛ باش جراح والمقرية وحسين داي وسيدي محمد والجزائر الوسطى، في حين أن نفس الثمن سيمكنك من التنقل من الجزائر العاصمة إلى ولاية البليدة على مسافة 50 كلم. تذكرة المترو باهظة الثمن تذكرة المترو تكلف الكثير؟ إذا كان ثمن التذكرة بـ50 دينارا للوجهة الواحدة فقط، هذا يعني أن المسافر الذي يريد أن يقوم بجولة كاملة "ذهابا وإيابا" سيجد نفسه مضطرا لدفع مبلغ مضاعف، وهذا يعني 100 دينار، مع العلم أن الحد الأدنى للأجور في الجزائر هو 15 ألف دينار و18 ألف دينار ابتداء من جانفي المقبل، ونظرا لحقيقة أن المستعملين المفترضين للمترو هم أولئك الذين لا يملكون السيارات الخاصة، وعليه فتسعيرة التذكرة باهظة ومكلفة، إن لم تكن مبالغ فيها. جمعية حماية المستهلك: "التسعيرة ضد القدرة الشرائية" أكد حريز زكي، رئيس جمعية حماية المستهلك أن أسعار تذاكر الميترو لا تتناسب إطلاقا مع تراجع القدرة الشرائية للجزائريين، وأوضح أن الطبقة المتوسطة الدخل والضعيفة، لا تستطيع دفع 50 دج للفرد الواحد للتنقل في وجهة واحدة، في الوقت الذي بإمكان الفرد أن يتنقل بنفس المبلغ من الجزائر العاصمة إلى ولاية البليدة، وقال من المفروض أن "المترو" وسيلة نقل شعبية تتيح الفرصة للجميع، كما هو معمول به في جميع دول العالم التي تمتلك المترو، واعتبر أن الحكومة من خلال هذه التسعيرة أرادت توجيه هذه الوسيلة للطبقة الغنية، مشددا على ضرورة أن تضطلع السلطات الوصية بدورها في وضع سقف سعري يتناسب مع القدرات المالية للمواطنين. المترو ممنوع على الطلبة يرى أحمد وهو طالب جامعي بالجامعة ...
