It is worse in your friends Country saudia

At least in Iran you can visit a Church , a temple of zorochstrian , Synagugoes et.. these places of worship dont exist in Saudi , they are forbidden .if anyone is caught even practising Christianity in his own home he is arrested for god sake and america is allowing this to happen . remember , Christ is Isaa alayhee asalam a much respected prophet too.

Many Iranian Jews have chosen not to leave to Israel and quite a few Are happy to stay in Iran . I can find my link if you are insterested .
    Friendship

[60:8] GOD does not enjoin you from befriending those who do not fight you because of religion, and do not evict you from your homes. You may befriend them and be equitable towards them. GOD loves the equitable.

[60:9] GOD enjoins you only from befriending those who fight you because of religion, evict you from your homes, and band together with others to banish you. You shall not befriend them. Those who befriend them are the transgressors
