    Hancock Petroleum Refining Company invites applicants in Receptionist/Secretary capacities to be based in our West Perth corporate office within our Facilities Team. Successful employees will be reporting to the Head of Customer service or field management team. The role will be responsible for providing administrative support to co-ordinate facilities services and supplies delivered in the corporate offices.     • Professional & academic Graduate with 3years work experience required
    • Will have accurate skills, able to use PC Applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook (preferably Office 2010).
    • There is a requirement to learn our in house PC systems; full training will be provided as required.
    • Proven English communication skills be it written, face to face and also on the telephone.
    • Has drive and energy - demonstrates commitment and a follow-through approach.
    • Quickly grasps new ideas and concepts.
    • Sensitive to the wider impact an issue may have on others, the brand and our reputation.
    • Influences others through building relationships.
    • Ability to balance assertiveness and sensitivity in confronting issues.
