Algeria.com has been operational since the late 1990s. Accumulated domain authority and indexed content across energy, critical minerals, investment, and trade that cannot be replicated by a new entrant. We are identifying the right partner to build what this platform should become.
Algeria.com is not available on a domain marketplace. It is a platform with established domain authority, decades of indexed content, and organic search positioning across the commercial categories that will define the EU-Algeria relationship over the next decade — energy transition, critical minerals, industrial manufacturing, and digital economy.
The right partner understands that the EU’s Critical Raw Materials Act 2030 deadline, the SoutH2 Corridor’s advancing development, and Algeria’s position as Italy’s primary gas supplier are creating a specific counterparty community — European energy operators, infrastructure investors, critical minerals companies, and industrial manufacturers — that does not yet have a credible intelligence and positioning platform for Algeria. Building that platform now, before the 2030 deadline concentrates international attention on Algeria, is the commercial thesis.
The EU Critical Raw Materials Act’s binding targets expire in 2030. The SoutH2 Corridor hydrogen pipeline has a five-nation ministerial declaration with active counterparties. Long-term Algerian gas supply contracts are coming up for renewal in 2025 and 2026. These are not future events — they are current commercial processes with identifiable counterparties. The platform that serves those counterparties enters now, not in 2028.
Lease — Operational licence for a defined term. The leaseholder operates Algeria.com as a commercial platform, paying an annual licence fee. Linka Holdings retains ownership.
Licensing — Sector-specific or geography-specific content and brand licensing. Suitable for operators who want to leverage Algeria.com’s authority in a defined commercial category.
Co-Development — Joint investment in platform development. Both parties contribute resources toward building Algeria.com’s commercial capability, sharing revenue in proportion to contribution. The preferred structure for long-term strategic partners.
Joint Venture — A formal joint venture entity operates Algeria.com. Both parties hold equity in the JV. Suitable for partners with significant operational commitment.
Strategic Acquisition — Full transfer of the Algeria.com domain and associated assets. Available to the right qualified counterparty at the right valuation. All acquisition conversations are handled personally and directly.
